目的:分析职业健康检查现状,了解工作人员呼吸系统健康情况。方法:选取54例化工工人作为实验对象,将其设为观察组,再选取54例非化工人员,将其设为对照组,对比两组被调查对象呼吸系统的健康状况。结果:化工人员和非化工人员呼吸系统的患病率分别为:87.04%、14.81%,组间差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学研究意义。结论:化工人员长期工作于粉尘浓度较高的环境下,比非化工人员患呼吸系统疾病的概率高很多,所以,要针对这一调查结果制定相应的防护措施,改善工人工作环境,注重工人的健康问题。
Objective: To analyze the status of occupational health examination and understand the respiratory health status of staff. Methods: Fifty-four chemical workers were selected as experimental group and 54 non-chemical workers were selected as the observation group, which were set as the control group. The health status of the respiratory system in the two groups were compared. Results: The prevalence rates of respiratory system between chemical workers and non-chemical workers were 87.04% and 14.81%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05), which was statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: Long-term work of chemical workers in environments with high dust concentrations is much more likely than non-chemical workers to have respiratory diseases. Therefore, corresponding protective measures should be formulated to improve the working conditions of workers and the workers Health problems.
