针对天津港-华北石化原油管道工程项目青县中间热泵站离心泵的配管工作,利用CAESAR Ⅱ软件对泵进出口管道的受力情况进行应力分析,并根据应力分析计算结果对管道安装进行方案的优化调整,使离心泵管嘴受力满足厂家资料及标准规范的要求,并满足长期安全运行的需要。
Aiming at the piping of centrifugal pump in Qingxian intermediate heat pump station of Tianjin Port-North China Petrochemical Crude Oil Pipeline Project, the stress of the pump inlet and outlet pipelines is analyzed by CAESAR Ⅱ software. According to the result of stress analysis, Optimize and adjust so that the force of centrifugal pump nozzle can meet the requirements of manufacturers’ data and standard specifications and meet the needs of long-term safe operation.
