目前电站锅炉运行中的一个现实问题,是设法不切除燃烧器而扩大锅炉负荷的调节范围。调节范围决定于重油压力的下限,并和燃烧器结构、炉膛热负荷和其他因素有关。根据所作的试验来看,塔干罗克锅炉厂ΤΓΜΠ-114型锅炉(配30万瓩机组)能在12.5~30万瓩很宽的负荷范围内稳定和可靠地运行。但是由于重油压力较低P_m=12~15公斤/厘米~2,当采用现有的机械雾化喷嘴和过量空气系数α=1.06时,锅炉最低负荷只能达到20万瓩。ΤΓΜΠ-114锅炉上最早装的是巴什基尔电业局所属CHAΤ设计的机械雾化喷嘴。在额定负荷时喷嘴前的重油工作压力为37~40
