目的:建立快速同时测定叶类中药材中25种有机氯农药多残留分析的方法。方法:采用加速溶剂萃取技术提取,优化了萃取条件。提取液直接经浓硫酸磺化净化,采用DB-5与DB1701毛细管色谱柱双柱分离定性,GC-ECD检测器进行检测,外标法定量。结果:在4种叶类中药材样品基质、3水平添加条件下,25种农药的回收率大多在68.9%~115.6%,相对标准偏差小于13%,检测限大多低于10μg·kg-1,符合农药多残留检测的要求。结论:方法快速、灵敏、准确,适合批量样品的分析。
Objective: To establish a rapid and simultaneous method for the determination of 25 residues of organochlorine pesticides in leaves of Chinese herbal medicines. Methods: Accelerated solvent extraction was used to optimize the extraction conditions. The extract was directly sulfonated with concentrated sulfuric acid to purify, using DB-5 and DB1701 capillary column double column qualitative, GC-ECD detector for detection, external standard. Results: The recoveries of 25 pesticides were 68.9% ~ 115.6% with relative standard deviations less than 13% and the detection limits were mostly lower than 10 μg · kg-1 under the conditions of 3 kinds of leaf extracts of Chinese medicinal materials. In line with the requirements of pesticide residue detection. Conclusion: The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate and suitable for the analysis of batch samples.
