考察了浸出温度、浸出时间、钼精矿粒度、搅拌速度、碳酸钠加入系数β(碳酸钠与钼精矿质量比)和液固比对钼精矿中钼浸出率的影响。通过试验研究,确定了采用碳酸钠浸出钼精矿中钼的较优技术参数。在浸出温度为85℃、浸出时间为120 min、钼精矿粒度为-0.1 mm、搅拌速度为350 r/min、β为1.5、液固比为4∶1的条件下,钼的浸出率大于99%。该浸出工艺的研究,为某厂处理钼精矿提供了可靠技术参数。
The effects of leaching temperature, leaching time, particle size of molybdenum concentrate, stirring speed, sodium carbonate addition coefficient β (mass ratio of sodium carbonate to molybdenum concentrate) and liquid to solid ratio on molybdenum leaching rate in molybdenum concentrate were investigated. Through the experimental study, we determined the optimal technical parameters of leaching molybdenum from molybdenum concentrate with sodium carbonate. Under the conditions of leaching temperature of 85 ℃, leaching time of 120 min, particle size of molybdenum concentrate of -0.1 mm, stirring speed of 350 r / min, β of 1.5 and liquid / solid ratio of 4:1, the leaching rate of molybdenum is greater than 99%. The leaching process research, for a molybdenum processing plant provides a reliable technical parameters.
