自动定量视野检查的局限性在于受试者有明显的学习曲线及较强的主观性 ,“客观视野检查法”是眼科医师长期追求的目标。多焦视诱发电位 (multifocalvisualevokedpotential,mVEP)技术的出现为客观视野检查的实现提供了可能。本文介绍了mVEP的单通道与多通道记录法在青光眼视野缺损的客观检测方面的进展 ,mVEP个体间变异以及减少这些变异的一些尝试 (如双眼不对称性分析、扇面分析、mVEP对比敏感度函数等 )。
The limitation of automatic quantitative visual field examination is that subjects have obvious learning curve and strong subjectivity. “Objective visual field examination” is a long-sought goal of ophthalmologists. The appearance of multifocalvisule evoked potential (mVEP) technology has provided the possibility for the realization of objective field examination. This article describes the advances in the objective detection of mVEP single and multichannel recordings in glaucomatous visual field defects, variations in mVEP individuals, and attempts to reduce these variations (eg, binocular asymmetry analysis, sector analysis, mVEP contrast sensitivity function Wait).
