目的:了解脊髓损伤(SCI)后酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(aFGF)的变化规律。方法:应用S-P免疫组化染色方法,观察SCI前后脊髓中aFGF的动态变化,并以图像分析技术对这种变化进行定量分析。结果:在正常脊髓中,aFGF定位于前角运动神经元胞浆中;SCI后aFGF明显增高。结论:SCI后,脊髓自身产生大量的aFGF,这种自身保护机理可能在SCI后的自身修复与再生方面起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the changes of acidic fibroblast growth factor (aFGF) after spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods: The dynamic changes of aFGF in the spinal cord before and after SCI were observed by S-P immunohistochemical staining. Quantitative analysis of this change was performed by image analysis. Results: In normal spinal cord, aFGF localized in the cytoplasm of anterior horn motoneurons; aFGF increased significantly after SCI. Conclusion: After SCI, spinal cord itself produces a large amount of aFGF. This self-protection mechanism may play an important role in self-repair and regeneration after SCI.
