中功率螺栓型可控硅的生产,目前许多单位仍采用合金工艺。这种工艺不但要耗用大量的黄金,而且产品的质量水平难以提高。为了把大量的稀贵金属黄金节省下来,以提高经济效益;也为了能用先进的工艺技术改造可控硅生产线。我们按照各级领导对双扩工艺组织攻关的指示,于1985年初开始,对新的替代工艺进行了攻关。经过近一年的反复研究,形成了一整套可行的工艺。并于同年10月进行
