最近国家经委企业管理局、中国企业管理协会和本刊编辑部联合邀请了北京、上海、天津三市经委、企业管理协会和首都钢铁公司、上海国棉十七厂、上海机床厂、上海无线电二厂、上海彭浦机器厂、新港船厂、天津无线电一厂、第二汽车制造厂、黑龙江省阿城继电器厂、广东江门甘蔗化工厂等十个企业共32位负责同志和管理专家,就企业整顿合格验收后,如何巩固提高,并向管理科学化、现代化迈进问题,进行了座谈讨论。通过座谈讨论,明确了企业整顿与企业管理现代化的关系,加深了对现代化管理的意义和内容的理解,交流了推广应用现代化管理方法和管理技术的许多具体经验。下面摘登五个企业的情况,供读者参阅。
