在素质教育和新课标的要求下,初中数学教学要面向全体学生,实行因材施教,使每个学生都能在学习中收获知识和成长。然而在实际的教学中,有些教师在一定程度上忽视了学生的个体差异性,教学内容针对性不足、教学方式也过于单一,使得教学效果不甚理想。鉴于此,笔者根据学生的学习水平和理解能力,采用阶梯式教学对学生进行分层引导和帮助,从而启发学生在主动思考的过程中发散数学思维,提高数学能力,以获得独立的发展。
Under the requirements of quality education and new curriculum standards, junior high school mathematics teaching should be directed at all students and implement teaching according to aptitude so that each student can gain knowledge and grow up in learning. However, in the actual teaching, some teachers ignore the individual differences of students to a certain extent, teaching content is not enough, teaching methods are too single, making the teaching effect is not ideal. In view of this, according to the students’ level of learning and comprehension, the author uses step-by-step teaching to stratify and guide students and help them to inspire students to diverge their mathematical thinking and improve their mathematical ability in order to gain independent development.
