常州市的教育注重高位均衡发展,在教育部实施的中小学教师继续教育的工程中,是首批确定的国家级中小学教师继续教育实验区之一,为在建构经济发达地区的区域性教师继续教育课程体系方面不断探索新理念与新趋势,常州市教育为提高教师素质,教师终身专业发展之际,组织了常州市专家学者为本市教师的继续教育编了各科教师继续教育的课程纲要,本人负责并撰写了常州市初中、高中美术教师的继续教育课程纲要部分,本课程纲要是初中部分,主要是根据以下一些方面来研究编写的。
