目的研制一种高效、安全、使用简便及性能稳定的现场快速消毒烟剂。方法参照2002年版《消毒技术规范》有关内容,采用仪器法采样、细菌定量培养及动物实验方法,对该消毒烟剂消毒效果及毒性进行试验观察。结果该消毒烟剂以溴氯海因为消毒有效成分,辅以氧化剂、阻燃剂等成分高压制成固体块剂。模拟现场有效浓度为120 mg/m3熏蒸消毒60 min,对室内空气自然菌平均消除率达到94.19%,增加湿度可增加烟剂消毒效果。该剂对小鼠吸入毒性LC50>10 000 mg/m3。结论该消毒烟剂对空气具有良好的消毒效果,使用便捷,毒性属于实际无毒级。
Objective To develop an efficient, safe, easy to use and stable performance on-site fast disinfectant. Methods With reference to the contents of the Disinfecting Technical Specification of 2002 edition, the methods of instrument sampling, bacterial quantitative culture and animal experiments were used to observe the disinfection effect and toxicity of the disinfectant. Results The disinfectant used bromocholine as a disinfecting active ingredient, supplemented by oxidants, flame retardants and other ingredients made of high-pressure solid block agent. The simulated field effective concentration of 120 mg / m3 fumigation disinfection 60 min, the average indoor air natural bacteria elimination rate of 94.19%, increasing the humidity can increase the disinfectant effect. Inhalation toxicity of this agent on mice LC50> 10 000 mg / m3. Conclusion The disinfectant has good disinfection effect on the air, easy to use and the toxicity belongs to the actual non-toxic level.
