创新型外语人才需具备以下三个方面的素质:复合型的知识结构、创新型的人格和创新能力。制约我国高校创新型外语人才培养的因素包括学校和社会两个方面。针对创新型人才培养中的制约因素,笔者认为,创新型外语人才培养模式可以从以下几个方面来建构:1)构建多学科相结合的课程体系;2)树立以人为本的教育教学理念,改进教学方法;3)建设具有复合型知识结构的教师队伍;4)校企合作,给学生创造较多的实践机会。
Innovative foreign language talents need to have the following three qualities: a complex knowledge structure, innovative personality and innovative capabilities. The factors constraining the cultivation of creative foreign language talent in Chinese universities include both schools and society. In view of the constraints in the cultivation of innovative talents, the author believes that the cultivation mode of innovative foreign language talents can be constructed from the following aspects: 1) to build a multidisciplinary curriculum system; 2) to establish a people-centered education and teaching philosophy and improve teaching Methods; 3) Construct a team of teachers with a complex knowledge structure; 4) Collaborate with schools and enterprises to create more practical opportunities for students.
