目的建立离子色谱测定乳制品中硫氰酸盐含量的方法。方法乳制品经乙腈沉淀蛋白,RP柱去除脂肪后,采用ICS-3000型离子色谱仪,以AS16柱分离,30 mmol/L KOH为淋洗液,在流速1.0 ml/min、进样量为25μl、电导检测条件下进行检测。结果测定的硫氰酸盐含量在0.1~2.0 mg/L范围内,浓度与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 8,检出限为0.1 mg/L,方法回收率90.7%~108.6%,RSD<3.7%。结论方法操作简单易行,精密度好、回收率高,检出限低,重现性好,值得推广。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of thiocyanate content in dairy products by ion chromatography. Methods Dairy products were precipitated with acetonitrile and RP column to remove fat. The fractions were separated on an AS16 column and 30 mmol / L KOH using an ICS-3000 ion chromatograph. The flow rate was 1.0 ml / min. The injection volume was 25μl , Conductance test under the conditions of detection. The results showed that the concentration of thiocyanate in the range of 0.1-2.0 mg / L showed a good linear relationship with the peak area, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8, the detection limit was 0.1 mg / L, the recovery rate was 90.7% 108.6%, RSD <3.7%. Conclusion The method is easy to operate, good precision, high recovery rate, low detection limit, good reproducibility and worthy of promotion.
