Voltage magnification is a major indicator of low-frequency voltage amplifiers. Whether it is the design or the actual installation, you need to know it. Figure 1 shows a typical voltage amplifier circuit. The common formula for voltage magnification is: K = U_out / U_in = β (R’_z / r_ (bε)) where: R’_z = (R_cR_z) / (R_c + R_z) Effective load resistance; r_ (bε) is the transistor’s input resistance.
