目的分析大理白族青少儿2010年营养不良状况及1985—2010年营养不良检出率变化情况,为制定有效措施促进少数民族儿童群体的营养健康提供参考。方法采用WHO-2006筛查标准,对1985—2010年全国学生体质健康调研中的云南白族点校资料进行分析。结果白族学生营养不良率全面下降,男生生长迟缓率1985年、2000年和2010年分别为32.6%,24.3%,19.6%,女生分别为29.8%,24.3%,19.6%,其中后10 a的下降趋势更为明显。受身高长期趋势强有力支持,前15 a身高突增期出现在12~17岁,后10 a为7~11岁增长显著。学生体质量指数(BMI)的变化较为平衡。讨论白族儿童青少年营养状况改善明显,迅猛发展的民族经济和旅游业为儿童营养健康发展奠定了基础。
Objective To analyze the malnutrition status of Dali Bai children in Dali in 2010 and the detection rate of malnutrition in 1985-2010, and to provide reference for developing effective measures to promote the nutrition and health of ethnic minority children. Methods WHO-2006 screening criteria were used to analyze the data of Bai nationality schools in Yunnan from 1985 to 2010. Results The prevalence of malnutrition in Bai students decreased significantly. The rates of stunting among boys were 32.6%, 24.3% and 19.6% in 1985, 2000 and 2010, respectively, while those in girls were 29.8%, 24.3% and 19.6% The trend is even more obvious. Strong support by the long-term trend of height, the first 15 a height sudden increase in the 12 to 17 years old, after 10 a for 7 to 11 years of significant growth. Student body mass index (BMI) changes more balanced. Discuss that the improvement of the nutritional status of children and adolescents in Bai ethnic minority has obvious and rapid development. The national economy and tourism have laid a foundation for the healthy development of children’s nutrition.
