我院1983～1986年共收治脑血栓形成400例,其病程均在一周内且为首次发病.都经脑 CT 扫描确诊,分三组治疗,尿激酶加电针组的显效率明显高于另外两组,现报告如下.分组与方法 400例髓机分为甲、乙、丙三组.甲组100例,采用维脑路通注射液400mg 加入5%葡萄糖液500ml 中.乙组200例,采用蛇毒抗栓酶0. 25酶活力单位加入生理盐水250ml 中.丙组100例,采用尿激酶3万单位加入5%葡萄糖溶液500ml 中,且配合电针治疗每日1次,每次15分钟,取穴足三
