目的:了解宝鸡市无偿献血人群HIV感染情况,制定防控措施,进一步降低经血传播HIV的风险。方法:收集2009-2015年无偿献血者抗-HIV/HIV-P24初筛和确认检测数据,进行统计分析。结果:2009-2015年宝鸡市无偿献血人群HIV初筛反应率0.27%(796/293 082),确认阳性率0.017%(49/293 082),确认阳性符合率6.16%(49/796);HIV阳性标本的ELISA检测S/CO中高值:85.71%,低值:14.29%;WB条带分布为:gp160、gp120、gp41、p66和p24各100%;p51:97.96%;p31:95.92%;p55:83.67%;p17:91.84%;p39:81.63%。结论:宝鸡市无偿献血人群HIV感染仍在低水平流行;献血者确认的HIV阳性者以ELISA高、中S/CO值为主且多含8条以上WB带型;制定科学合理的献血招募策略,避免从高危人士中采集血液,能最大程度保证血液安全。
Objective: To understand the status of HIV infection in unpaid blood donors in Baoji City and to develop prevention and control measures to further reduce the risk of transmitting HIV through blood. Methods: The data of anti-HIV / HIV-P24 screening and confirmation from 2009-2015 blood donors were collected for statistical analysis. Conclusion: HIV infection in unpaid blood donors in Baoji City is still at a low level. HIV-positive people confirmed by blood donors are predominantly with high ELISA and medium S / CO values and contain more than 8 WB bands. The development of a scientific and rational blood donation and recruitment strategy , To avoid collecting blood from people at risk, to ensure maximum blood safety.
