联想从“拿起”到“放下”的战略转型,给了中国人很多理性的思考将企业做强做大,是企业家们心中梦寐以求的事情。人们习惯上把“做大”与“多元化”联系在一起,把“做强”与“专业化”联系在一起。究竟是该做强还是做大?先做强还是先做大?一代代企业人在“大”与“强”之间逐渐迷失了自我——要么在盲目多元化的迷途中失去方向,成了大而不强的“纸老虎”;要么在一个狭窄的领域里裹足不前,成为国外大公司的配角,既做不强也长不大。那么,如何在这二者之间进行选择?
