客运营销分析与辅助决策系统依据北京铁路局客运生产实际和未来发展,通过构建预警提示、列车分析、列车效益测算、客流预测、报表统计、系统维护与管理、数据采集与处理等子系统,运用自动预警和智能分析手段,对客运日常生产的数据进行整合,实现客运运能、运量等多项指标的统计分析和预警预测,并对列车经营状况进行量本利分析,得出客运生产及营销管理等方面有价值的信息或结论,从而辅助决策,使客运资源得到最佳配置和效益最大化。
