日本水稻起源于中国大陆,稻作历史悠久。水稻是日本农业的骨干作物,大米是日本人民生活的主食。日本水稻生产具有较高的现代化水平,其稳产高产程度居世界前列。据统计,1945年日本水稻平均亩产272.7kg,1955年上升到322.0kg,10年提高了49.3kg。到1965年又稳定提高到371.3kg。1976~1985年,10年平均产量达到390.7kg。1984年创历史最高纪录430.7kg。1989年全国平均亩产为413.3kg,总产量为1029.7万t。
Japanese rice originated in mainland China, rice has a long history. Rice is the backbone of Japanese agriculture and rice is the staple food of Japanese people. Japan’s rice production has a high level of modernization, and its steady and high-yield level is among the highest in the world. According to statistics, in 1945, the average yield per mu of Japanese rice reached 272.7kg, increased to 322.0kg in 1955 and increased to 49.3kg in 10 years. To 1965 and steadily increased to 371.3kg. From 1976 to 1985, the average output in 10 years reached 390.7kg. In 1984 a record high 430.7kg. In 1989, the national average mu yield was 413.3 kg, with a total output of 10.297 million tons.
