在微生物预处理苎麻韧皮的基础上,进行了pH值、温度、浴比、无机盐、单糖种类等外界因子对苎麻纤维质酶降解的影响研究。结果表明,苎麻纤维质混合酶水解的适宜条件为:起始pH 5.0、温度50℃、浴比为1:15;纤维素酶水解最适条件为:起始pH 4.5、温度50℃,浴比为1:15;钙、镁离子对酶水解有较大的促进作用,铁离子和单糖对纤维质酶水解均有较强的抑制作用。
On the basis of microbial pretreatment of ramie bast, the effects of external factors such as pH value, temperature, bath ratio, inorganic salt and monosaccharide on the degradation of ramie cellulase were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the hydrolysis of ramie fiber were as follows: the initial pH 5.0, the temperature 50 ℃ and the liquor ratio 1:15. The optimal conditions for cellulase hydrolysis were as follows: initial pH 4.5, temperature 50 ℃, 1:15; Calcium, magnesium ions have a greater role in the promotion of enzymatic hydrolysis, iron ions and monosaccharides have a strong inhibitory effect on the hydrolysis of cellulase.
