通常使用的净水方式,是将沉淀与过滤分成两个阶段进行,沉淀有去除大量悬浮物的能力,滤池将水中浊度控制在0.5毫克/升以下。重力式滤池,在滤料上面的水深一般要保持1~2米,作为过滤压力。为提高高浊时的处理能力,利用这压力容积,提出了分层池的设想。一、增加滤池容量的必要条件普通重力式滤池,滤料上面压力水深要保持在1.5米左右。固液分离的滤料层仅是60~70厘米,是滤池水深的1/4,其余的3/4不是直接有效容积。所以,必须在3/4容积中寻求增加滤池容量。
