So far, Canada has carried out 10 tests to date since its first national sports activities and physical status survey in 1981, the latest survey result was completed in 2002. The survey was conducted primarily through computer-assisted telephone interviews (CATI), bringing the total sample to 5303 and covering all age groups. The results of the survey show that the current physical activity and physical condition of Canadian nationals are as follows: 1.
