采用“连续投影悬滴法”对钛型不锈钢焊条滴的表面张力进行了测试,同时结合对焊条熔渣的表面张力、熔滴温度及顺粒度的测试和对焊条溶滴过渡形态特征的分析,探讨了药皮组成物对熔滴表面张力及焊条工艺特性的影响.研究认为,焊条端头的熔滴具有双表层结构,熔滴表面张力是金属表面相与渣相间的界面张力和熔渣自身表面张力综合作用的结果;硅酸盐、萤石是熔滴的强表面活性物质,易使熔滴细化,适量大理石、合金粉也可减小表面张力,当其组分大于8%~10%时成为非表面活性物质,熔滴粗化。
The surface tension of titanium stainless steel electrode was measured by “continuous projection hanging drop method”.
