以目标害虫小菜蛾为筛选模式，经过室内初筛、复筛和室外笼罩盆栽生测，结果从１ ７２８株放线菌中筛选出４ 株杀虫效果稳定的菌株，其中７３１０ 菌株耐酸碱，在６０ ℃以下稳定，具有较好的触杀作用，是一株值得深入研究的小菜蛾杀虫素生产菌株
