钢渣是炼钢过程中产生的副产物,加快提高钢渣的综合利用率有利于节能降耗和减排治污。简要介绍了粒化法钢渣处理工艺,指出了钢渣粒化技术的独特优点和先进性。为了提高粒化效率,对倾翻系统进行了优化改进。对粒化处理后成品渣的资源化应用进行了分析,认为钢渣粒化技术是一项具有广阔发展前景的渣处理技术。
Steel slag is a by-product of the steelmaking process, accelerating the comprehensive utilization of steel slag is conducive to saving energy and reducing pollution. A brief introduction to the granulation slag treatment process, pointed out the unique advantages and advanced steel slag granulation technology. In order to improve the efficiency of the granulation, the tipping system was optimized and improved.
