In order to study the effect of vibration on the dissipation of biological substances in vivo, the pharmacokinetics of this method was used to test the effects of blood, liver and kidney in mice under vibration frequency of 20Hz, acceleration of 1.1g and 50Hz, 4.4g The distribution of sulfonamide bite (SD) in the tissue within 1 to 9 hours showed that the blood concentration of SD in the 20 Hz experimental group was 3 hours earlier than that in the control group. When the vibration was 1 hour, the blood, liver and kidney The content of SD in the tissue was higher than that of the control group, but the content was lower than that of the control group within 3 hours to 9 hours of vibration. It can be obtained from the in vitro simulation experiment of pipeline airway and the research in this paper: Under the above frequency and intensity conditions, Vibration on the organism may have the role of promoting blood circulation.
