本文评述了天然气深冷分离过程中 CO_2固体生成的条件,提出在固气相平衡时,用逸度修正气相中 CO_2的分压,其值与 CO_2固体的蒸汽压相比,如分压大于饱和蒸汽压,则有 CO_2固体生成,否则无 CO_2固体生成。并指出由于液体的克分子比容计算值与实测值的误差、溶解度误差及二元交互作用系数的不完备,使计算得出的 CO_2固体在液相中的溶解度误差30%左右。推荐用图2计算固-液平条衡件。
In this paper, the conditions of CO_2 solid formation in natural gas cryogenic separation are reviewed. It is proposed that the partial pressure of CO_2 in the gas phase be modified by fugacity at solid-gas phase equilibrium, which is higher than that of saturated vapor Pressure, there CO_2 solid body, or non-CO_2 solid body. It is also pointed out that due to the error of the calculated and measured value of the molar ratio of the liquid to the measured value, the solubility error and the incompleteness of the binary interaction coefficient, the solubility error of the calculated CO_2 solid in the liquid phase is about 30%. It is recommended to use Figure 2 to calculate the solid-liquid strip balance.
