为了分析水泥稳定花岗岩风化料底基层的病害机理,并优化材料设计,通过3种不同粗集料含量的水泥稳定花岗岩风化料不同养生条件下的材料性能试验,分析了粗集料含量(质量分数)对风化料抗可溶盐腐蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明:长期的水环境,尤其是存在可溶盐腐蚀介质的水环境会导致水泥稳定花岗岩风化料性能的迅速衰减;粗集料含量小于20%时,在可溶盐腐蚀介质的作用下,材料的物理力学性能极差,随着粗集料含量的增加,除标准养生条件下材料的劈裂强度略有降低外,各种条件下的材料性能均得到明显改善;粗集料含量由20%增加到30%,对于改善各种环境下材料的抗压性能和水温稳定性,以及长期水环境下材料的抗拉性能和刚度,效果更为显著;粗集料含量由30%增加到40%,对于改善材料在可溶盐腐蚀环境下的抗拉性能和刚度,效果更为显著。
In order to analyze the disease mechanism of cement stabilized granite weathering material subbase and optimize the design of materials, the material properties of cement stabilized granite weathering materials with different contents of three different coarse aggregates under different health conditions were analyzed. The effects of coarse aggregate content (mass fraction ) On weathering materials anti-soluble salt corrosion performance. The results show that the long-term water environment, especially the water environment with soluble salt corrosive medium, will lead to the rapid decay of cement stabilized granite weathering materials. When the coarse aggregate content is less than 20%, under the action of soluble salt corrosive medium , The physical and mechanical properties of the material are extremely poor. With the increase of the coarse aggregate content, the material properties under various conditions have been significantly improved except for the standard splitting strength. The coarse aggregate content 20% to 30%, which is more effective in improving the compressive properties and water temperature stability of materials in various environments, as well as the tensile properties and stiffness of materials under long-term water environment; the coarse aggregate content increases from 30% to 40%, the effect is more significant to improve the tensile properties and stiffness of the material under the environment of soluble salt corrosion.
