以脑干听诱发电位(BAEP)随机检测84例42天至14岁脑性瘫痪患儿。120dBpeSPL强度时34例异常,进一步以90、60dB刺激,异常率自40.5%增至66.7%。两侧性异常占87.5%。周围或中枢性各占80.3%和3.6%,表明多数损害在耳蜗及听神经远端,建议对所有具脑瘫危险因素的婴儿早期作多级声强BAEP筛查。
A total of 84 children aged 42 days to 14 years old with cerebral palsy were randomly selected from brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP). 34 cases were abnormal at 120dBpeSPL intensity, stimulated by 90,60dB and the abnormal rate increased from 40.5% to 66.7%. Bilateral abnormalities accounted for 87.5%. Surrounding or central 80.3% and 3.6% respectively, indicating that the majority of damage is at the cochlear and distal auditory nerve sites. It is recommended that all children with cerebral palsy risk factors be screened for multiple stage early BAEP.
