档案是人类社会各项实践活动的真实记录,是社会的宝贵财富,是人类重要的历史文化遗产。在新的经济形势下,档案信息化建设是新时期档案部门的一项基础性业务工作,是档案工作向现代化迈进的必由之路,是档案工作实现历史与未来有机链接的战略之举。做好档案信息化管理工作需要转变观念,强化自我学习意识,提升业务素质,同时加强基础设施、信息资源、目录数据库等建设。
Archives is a true record of all practical activities in human society, is a valuable asset for the society and an important historical and cultural heritage of mankind. In the new economic situation, the construction of archives informationization is a basic business work of the archival departments in the new era. It is the only way for the archives work to move forward to the modernization and a strategic move for the archives to realize the organic link between history and the future. To do a good job of archives information management needs to change concepts, strengthen self-learning awareness, improve business quality, while strengthening infrastructure, information resources, directory databases and other construction.
