生物“渗透作用”的课堂演示实验,我校虽然每年都按教材要求如期开出,但总感到效果不够理想。若要取得较好的演示效果,课堂上等待的时间就须延长10~15min,甚至更多;几个平行班级重复使用,重新灌装蔗糖溶液也费时费事。 1995年,我们对该实验装置作了一些改进,不仅省时方便,而且效果极为明显。经妥善保管一年后,1996年取出使用时,实验效果仍然很好。估计一次制作,几年之内都无需更新。
In the classroom demonstration experiment of biological “osmosis”, although our school has started to meet the teaching materials requirements on schedule every year, it always feels that the effect is not ideal. To achieve a better demonstration, the time spent waiting in class must be extended by 10 to 15 minutes or even more; repeated use by several parallel classes, and the refilling of sucrose solution will also take time and effort. In 1995, we made some improvements to the experimental device, which not only saves time and convenience, but also has obvious effects. After being properly kept for one year, when it was taken out in 1996, the effect of the experiment was still very good. It is estimated that it will be produced once and it will not need to be updated within a few years.
