本实验用兔耳静脉注射大肠杆菌内毒素复制发热模型,将动物分为实验组和对照组,实验组给内毒素后20分钟在百会穴施以电针,结果按性别分别统计处理。雌兔实验组体温上升受到明显抑制,比较实验组及对照组的发热高峰、体温反应指数和发热反应的潜伏期,其差异性显著。雄兔实验组的发热高峰和体温反应指数均低于对照组,实验组发热反应的潜伏期比对照组时间延长,但其差异性均不显著。
In this experiment, rabbit fetuses were injected with E. coli endotoxin to reproduce febrile models. The animals were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given electroacupuncture at Baihui 20 minutes after giving endotoxin. The results were statistically treated according to gender. The increase in body temperature in the experimental group of female rabbits was significantly inhibited. The peaks of fever, body temperature response, and latency of febrile reactions in the experimental group and the control group were significantly different. The fever peak and body temperature response index of the experimental rabbits were lower than that of the control group. The incubation period of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group, but the difference was not significant.
