铁在能量代谢、DNA合成及细胞生长的催化反应中起着重要的作用。人类的铁由转铁蛋白运输,后者与细胞表面转铁蛋白受体(Transferrin Receptor,TfR)特异结合,通过细胞胞饮作用进入细胞,在酸性囊泡中将铁释出,发挥其生物学功能。去铁转铁蛋白又返回细胞表面,进入再循环。由于1979年提纯了人TfR,以及稍后又获得了多株抗人TfR单克隆抗体,人们对TfR的认识有了深入的了解。TfR与血液系统的关系在基础与应用方面的研究得到广泛开展,并取得了可喜的进展。本文拟就此作一综述。
Iron plays an important role in the catalytic reactions of energy metabolism, DNA synthesis and cell growth. Human iron is transported by transferrin, which specifically binds to the cell surface transferrin receptor (TfR), enters the cell via cell pinocytosis, releases iron in acidic vesicles, and exerts its biological Features. Transferrin to transfer back to the cell surface, into the recycling. With the purification of human TfR in 1979 and the subsequent availability of multiple anti-human TfR monoclonal antibodies, there is a deep understanding of TfR. The relationship between TfR and the blood system in the basic and application of research has been widely carried out, and made gratifying progress. This article intends to make a summary of this.
