流行性出血热的免疫学研究,属于免疫复合物和补体消耗方面的工作,已有不少报导。但仍然不能圆满地解释EHF 早期的渗出症状,为此我们提出EHF 早期发病机理是否有Ⅰ型变态反应参与。我室通过放射免疫吸附等试验,发现EHF 病人血清中总IgE 水平高于正常人。为进一步研究Ⅰ型变态反应与EHF发病机理的关系,我们又进行了病人血清致敏大白鼠肥大细胞的间接脱颗粒试验和特异性直接脱颗粒试验。现将研究结果报告如下。
Immunological research on epidemic hemorrhagic fever, which belongs to the work of immune complexes and complement depletion, has been reported in many cases. But still can not satisfactorily explain the early exudative symptoms of EHF. Therefore, we propose whether there is type I allergic reaction in the early pathogenesis of EHF. My room through radioimmunoassay and other tests, found that EHF serum total IgE levels higher than normal. In order to further study the relationship between type I allergic reaction and the pathogenesis of EHF, we conducted an indirect degranulation test and a specific direct degranulation test on the serum-sensitized rat mast cells. The research results are reported below.
