采用MDA法证明维可健及其拆方麦苗的各浓度均有显著的体外抗小鼠肝匀浆自发性脂质过氧化作用(P<0.01)。拆方组中除麦苗以外部分仅在高浓度时的MDA生成抑制率有统计学意义,Q值各浓度组均大于0.8,表明复方组分药效相加。由CCl4造成的小鼠肝MDA升高模型,大剂量维可健可有效降低MDA(P<0.05),表明该药在体内仍具有一定的抗脂质过氧化作用。高剂量维可健可明显提高小鼠血液及肝脏SOD活性(P<0.05),各剂量对血及肝GSH含量无明显影响。各剂量组均可提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡RBC的活力,表明其具有免疫促进作用
The MDA method was used to prove that each concentration of Weikejian and its disassembled wheat seedlings had significant anti-rat spontaneous lipid peroxidation of liver homogenate in mice (P<0.01). The inhibitory rate of MDA production in the decomposing group except the wheat seedlings only at high concentrations was statistically significant, and the Q value of each concentration group was greater than 0.8, indicating that the compound components were added together. In the model of hepatic MDA elevation caused by CCl4, large doses of Vicorin can effectively reduce MDA (P<0.05), indicating that the drug still has certain anti-lipid peroxidation in vivo. High-dose VEK can significantly increase the activity of SOD in the blood and liver of mice (P<0.05), and each dose had no significant effect on blood and liver GSH content. Each dose group can increase the activity of mouse peritoneal macrophages phagocytosing chicken RBC, indicating that it has an immune promoting effect.
