目的:分析三维适形放射治疗中晚期食管癌的近期疗效。方法:采用3DCRT放射治疗中晚期食管癌45例,对患者的临床资料做回顾性分析。45例患者均为住院患者,均已病理证实。均采用3DCRT,2 Gy/次,5次/周,总剂量60～66 Gy,7周内完成。结果:完全缓解17例,部分缓解28例,评价依据为放疗结束时的临床症状及放疗结束后3个月的食管钡餐片、CT片。结论:三维适形放射治疗中晚期食管癌疗效好,值得在临床使用。
Objective: To analyze the short-term effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy on advanced esophageal cancer. Methods: Forty-five patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma treated by 3DCRT radiotherapy were retrospectively analyzed. All 45 patients were hospitalized and were pathologically confirmed. All patients were treated with 3DCRT, 2 Gy / time, 5 times / week, and the total dose was 60-66 Gy, which was completed within 7 weeks. Results: 17 cases were completely relieved and 28 cases partially relieved. The evaluation was based on the clinical symptoms at the end of radiotherapy and the esophageal barium slice and CT slice at the end of 3 months after radiotherapy. Conclusion: Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy has a good curative effect on advanced esophageal cancer, which is worth to be used clinically.
