一个时期以来,以热水为热媒的供热技术的发展,有两个明显的趋向:一是热媒向高温热水发展,二是系统向区域供热系统发展。前者要求系统能承受较高的压力;后者则要求系统具有较大的水容量。因此,靠通常的高位膨胀水箱定压和容纳系统水的膨胀量,就变得越来越困难和不经济。这就是原有由高位膨胀水箱定压的敞式热水采暖系统逐渐代之以其他定压方式的闭式热水采暖系统的原因。随之而来的便是如何解决系统的定压和消除水的膨胀等一系列问题。本文将结合个人的工作实践,就上述有关问题谈一点不成熟的意见。一、定压点位置的选择和定压点压力的确定我们在近年新建的闭式热水采暖系统中,均将
For a period of time, the development of heating technology using hot water as the heating medium has two obvious trends: First, the development of heat medium to high-temperature hot water, and second, the development of the system to district heating systems. The former requires the system to withstand higher pressures; the latter requires the system to have greater water capacity. Therefore, it is becoming more and more difficult and uneconomical to consolidate and accommodate the amount of expansion of the system water by the usual high expansion tank. This is the reason why the existing open hot water heating system, which is fixed by a high expansion tank, is gradually replaced by other closed pressure hot water heating systems. What comes after it is how to solve the system’s constant pressure and eliminate water expansion and other issues. This article will combine individual work practices and discuss some of the above-mentioned issues with immature opinions. I.
