一系列体外实验显示,硒可抑制或减轻化学致癌剂的诱变作用。本文报道硒麦芽花粉片成分及对环磷酰胺诱导小鼠骨髓细胞微核作用的影响。 1.硒麦芽花粉片营养成分分析: 采用生物培养方法制成硒麦芽,与花粉等适当配比制成硒麦芽花粉片。用高效液相色谱法测定,硒麦芽花粉片中含有人体各种必需的氨基酸,及其他营养成分:蛋白13.4％,总糖47.6％,100克中含维生素量为:VA 6.4mg、VD_2 0.37mg、VE1.04mg、VB_1 0.209mg、VB_2 3.21mg、
