本文从生产实际情况出发,以轴承座封严环加工工艺为研究对象,针对其变形大的缺点,从工艺路线、切削参数、加工方法等方面进行分析及试验研究,制定出合理的工艺路线,并对主要工序的走刀轨迹进行研究,减少空行程及加工参数进行细化等,从而减少轴承座封严环的变形,满足装配要求。
