我国第一家从事化合物半导体外延材料研究开发与生产的高技术企业——北京圣科佳电子有限责任公司成立大会4月28日在京举行。中科院院长路甬祥、北京市市长刘淇、宁夏回族自治区副主席陈进玉等出席会议。北京圣科佳电子公司是以中科院物理所在分子束外延领域20余年研究成果作为技术投入,与宁夏圣雪绒公司等7家公司以现金共同组建的企业,将以生产化合物半导体(砷化镓、磷化铟)为结构分子束外延材料为主,设计年生产能力为4英寸30,000片。
China’s first high-tech enterprise engaged in the research, development, and production of compound semiconductor epitaxial materials - Beijing Shengkejia Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in Beijing on April 28th. Lu Yongxiang, President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Liu Qi, Mayor of Beijing, and Chen Jinyu, Vice Chairman of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region attended the meeting. Beijing St. Kejia Electronics Co., Ltd. is a company that uses the research results of more than 20 years of molecular beam epitaxy in the field of molecular beam epitaxy of the Chinese Academy of Sciences as a technology investment and established a cash company together with 7 companies including Ningxia Shengxuerong Company. It will produce compound semiconductors (GaAs, Indium phosphide is a structural molecular beam epitaxy material with a design annual production capacity of 4 inches and 30,000 sheets.
