急性心肌梗死(AMI)系常见心血管疾病,虽多年来在诊治上有少少进展,死亡率已下降至10 %左右,但对中老年生命威胁仍较大。在工作中,作者发现有部份AMI是在住院过程中发生,为提高防治水平,特将我院1993 -11～2 0 0 2 -10住院发生的16例AMI作如下分析。1 资料与方法1·1 一般资料
Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is a common cardiovascular disease. Although it has made little progress in diagnosis and treatment over the years, the mortality rate has dropped to about 10%, but the threat to middle-aged and elderly people is still large. In the work, the author found that some AMI occurred during hospitalization. In order to improve the prevention and treatment level, 16 AMI cases occurred in our hospital from 1993 -11 to 2000-10 were analyzed as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information
