针对住宅楼地下室底板超长结构的工艺要求,应用UEA补偿收缩混凝土技术解决地下室底板结构自防水及无缝抗裂设计与施工。以UEA混凝土所涉及的关键技术为切入点,研究限制膨胀率的确定,分析膨胀剂掺量不同对混凝土强度的影响以及与混凝土自应力的关系,以此来确定本工程的施工方案和构造措施;确定UEA补偿收缩混凝土施工配合比;分析混凝土浇筑养护过程中应注意的问题及大体积混凝土的温度监控措施;并对UEA补偿收缩混凝土应用于地下室底板超长结构进行综合评价。结果表明,利用UEA解决超长结构无缝施工和自防水技术,确定膨胀剂掺量;施工条件分析及补偿收缩混凝土应用条件分析。
Aiming at the technical requirements of the overlong structure of the basement floor of residential buildings, UEA compensation shrinkage concrete technology is applied to solve the self-waterproofing and crack-free design and construction of the basement floor structure. The key technologies involved in UEA concrete are taken as starting points, the determination of the limited expansion rate, the influence of the different dosage of expansive agent on the concrete strength and the relationship with the self-stress of concrete are analyzed to determine the construction scheme and construction measures of this project ; Determine UEA compensation for the construction mix of concrete shrinkage; analysis of concrete pouring curing process should pay attention to problems and mass concrete temperature monitoring measures; and UEA compensation shrinkage concrete used in the basement floor super long structure comprehensive evaluation. The results show that the use of UEA to solve the seamless construction of long structures and self-waterproofing technology to determine the amount of expanders; construction conditions analysis and application of compensation for shrinkage of concrete conditions.
