俗话说,“开门七件事,柴米油盐酱醋茶”。可见茶对于人们日常生活有多重要。中国是最早发现并利用茶叶的国度,茶叶在中国也被誉为“国饮”,聪明的中国人还把这一健康饮品推广到全世界。现在,全球有160多个国家在消费茶叶,一半以上人口在饮茶。春天,是新茶上市的季节,作为茶的生产大国,我国近几年来在茶的消费量上增长迅速,在茶的消费结构上也日益多元化,然而,茶的品牌建设却还不尽如人意。茶产业被称为21世纪最有发展前途产业之一,茶叶消费市场蕴涵着无限商机,茶叶的产业链在不断延长,等待着更多的掘金者。同时,中国茶业正面临着从传统走向现代的一个新的发展阶段。
