工信部2014年8月28日发布《关于加强电信和互联网行业网络安全工作的指导意见》,提出从网络基础设施安全防护,突发网络安全事件应急响应,安全可控关键软硬件应用,网络数据和用户个人信息保护,移动应用商店和应用程序安全管理等方面加强网络安全监管。特别指出将通过建立健全钓鱼网站监测与处置机制,加强木马病毒样本库、移动恶意程序样本库、漏洞库、恶意网址库等建设,促进网络安全威胁信息
On August 28, 2014, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology promulgated the Guiding Opinions on Enhancing Network Security in the Telecommunication and Internet Industries.
