了解心理疲劳状态下个体注意偏向性的特点。方法:选择31名大学生进行实验,先完成40分钟的认知任务,收集他们在完成任务前后的情绪主观体验报告表和疲劳量表成绩,再让被试完成点探测任务,收集反应时计算注意偏向分进行统计。结果:(1)被试在认知任务后的负性情绪显著高于认知任务之前,正性情绪在认知任务后较任务之前有所降低,但无显著差异;(2)在认知任务后,被试的体力分和脑力分都有所增加,但差异不显著。(3)被试对消极词汇存在注意偏向,但积极词汇和消极词汇的注意偏向分差异不显著。结论:(1)实验室条件下进行长时间的认知任务操作可以有效诱发被试的负性情绪;(2)个体心理疲劳状态下,注意偏向于带有负性感情色彩的词汇。
Understand the characteristics of individual attention bias in the state of mental fatigue. Methods: A total of 31 college students were selected to perform the experiment. The first 40 minutes of cognitive tasks were completed, and their subjective experience reports and fatigue scores were collected before and after the task was completed. Bias points for statistics. Results: (1) Before the cognitive task, the negative emotions of the tested subjects were significantly lower than those before the cognitive task, but the positive emotions were lower than those before the task, but no significant difference was found. (2) After the task, the physical scores and mental scores of the subjects increased, but the differences were not significant. (3) Subjects pay attention to negative words, but there is no significant difference between positive words and negative words. Conclusion: (1) Long-term cognitive task under laboratory conditions can effectively induce the negative emotions of participants; (2) Under the condition of individual mental fatigue, the attention tends to be negative with the emotion of negative emotions.
