红地球葡萄在贮藏过程中果梗新鲜度变化是整穗果实衰亡的重要特征。果梗属于缺变型呼吸类型,呼吸高峰的到来标志着果梗死亡的开始。研究结果表明,红地球葡萄在0℃贮藏第50天时果梗有明显呼吸峰。使用SO24800μL/L处理0.5h和使用2400μL/L处理2.5h在0℃和25℃贮藏30d后果梗萎蔫明显;当环境湿度低于80%、温度高于5℃时其果梗新鲜度明显下
Changes in the freshness of the stalks of the red globe grape during storage are important features of the decline of whole-fruit. Fruiting peduncle belongs to the absent type of respiration, and the arrival of the respiratory peak marks the beginning of the fruiting peduncle’s death. The results showed that the red globe grapes at 0 ℃ 50 days when the fruit stalks have significant respiratory peak.
