生产线数据采集及互锁系统采用物联网技术进行无线自组网连接,开机即联网,实现了在晶圆片的生产中对其参数设置、数据采集、流序控制的智能管理和实时监控。另外,物联网无线通信技术提供更大的灵活性、流动性,省去了花在综合布线上的费用和精力,真正意义上实现了实时、智能、低耗的效果。本文针对某公司的实际设计案例进行阐述,以供探讨。
The production line data acquisition and interlocking system uses IOT technology for wireless ad hoc network connection, which is networked when power on, realizing intelligent management and real-time monitoring of parameter setting, data acquisition and flow sequence control in wafer production. In addition, IOT wireless communication technology to provide greater flexibility, mobility, eliminating the need for integrated wiring costs and energy, in the true sense of the real-time, intelligent, low-cost effect. This article describes the actual design of a company for discussion.
