为贯彻实施好《劳动法》,泰安市劳动部门近日对120多户企业的实施情况进行了调查。从调查情况看,由于各级领导的重视,贯彻实施工作取得了很大进展,但也还存在一些不容忽视的问题。主要表现在以下几个万面: 一是工作进展不平衡。从泰安的情况看,市属以上企业好于县、市、区属企业,大中型企业好于小型企业,效益好的企业好于效益差的企业,工作进展差别很大。好的企业不仅组织了广泛深入的学习宣传活动,并且依法规范了劳动管理规章,认真调整和落实了各项基本劳动标准;个别企业到调查时,尚未组织任何形式的学习
In order to implement the “Labor Law,” Taian labor department recently conducted a survey on the implementation of more than 120 enterprises. Judging from the investigation, great progress has been made in implementing the work due to the attention of leaders at all levels, but there are still some problems that can not be ignored. Mainly in the following aspects: First, the work progress is not balanced. From Taian’s situation, municipal enterprises above are better than the county, city and district enterprises, large and medium-sized enterprises are better than small businesses, and effective enterprises are better than poor ones.
